Sundays always off The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year What will you do? Answering the main club line and being the first point of contact for callers to the club. Transferring calls internally, taking messages, and passing on to the relevant department /person. Taking reservations using SevenRooms, making cancellations, changes and

amendments. What are we looking for? Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous Excellent phone manner and organisational skills Knowledge of SevenRooms booking system Ability to multi-task Excellent rapport building and inter-personal skills Good IT/Admin Knowledge
