Full Job Description

We require an enthusiastic team player to join the Reservations Team as a Reservations Advisor. This role will involve meeting and greeting patients, welcoming the patients to the Hospital and escorting them to their room., There will also be other office duties which will include preparing patients files and liaising with third parties to gain authorisation for treatment. The shift patterns will be 7.5hrs ( 30min lunch break) between 6am to 6pm, occasionally Saturdays, this will be in rotation with other team members.

There will also be additional duties of booking outpatient appointments for consultants for follow up appointments and handling secretarial enquiries.
