Full Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether handling bookings, answering enquiries, or coordinating with the front-of-house team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience. What you'll be doing:

  • Managing reservations across phone, email, and online platforms
  • Providing knowledgeable and friendly responses to guest enquiries
  • Coordinating bookings to maximise covers while maintaining service quality
  • Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Creating a positive first impression that reflects our brand and values, At Butcombe, we believe every guest interaction matters. As a Reservationist, you'll help set the tone for exceptional visits, turning enquiries into experiences our guests will remember.
