Research Nurse Associate

This is a unique and novel role within Cornwall which will work as part of the clinical research team to support the recruitment of participants intoclinical trials. Working closely with the Senior Research Nursing team and within the competencies of the role, in line with the NMC Code ofConduct, the Nurse Associate will be a crucial part of of the clinical team, helping to advance research at RCHT., The post holder will be dedicated to advancing clinical research within the Research & DevelopmentDepartment. The role involves supporting, coordinating, and overseeing research studies in line withthe competencies of the role and scope of practice under the NMC registration, ensuring adherence toethical, legal and regulation standards. The Research Nurse Associate plays a key role in patient care,data collection and study coordination, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and providersfrom across the Trust.They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring patient safety, and contributing tothe overall success of research goals. The post holder will have strong critical thinking skills, excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities and have a great attention to detail and strong organisationalskills.
