Research Manager

Design and deliver creative research solutions for clients with a focus on quality, methodology, and impact.
Lead and manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring clear direction and effective guidance for the team and local market partners.
Develop and mentor team members, including direct reports and colleagues on cross-functional project teams.
Lead multi-country research assignments with minimal supervision, presenting findings to clients both virtually and in person.
Contribute to proposal development and participate in pitching new business where possible.
Serve as a springboard to account-management strategy, engaging with client planning and ideation.

Established expertise in quantitative and qualitative research techniques, beyond basic methods.
Hands-on experience from set-up through to presentation, including questionnaire/discussion guide design, data analysis, and presentation creation.
Strong research communication skills with confidence presenting to clients.
Excellent organisational, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
