Full Job Description
We are looking for Research Fellow(s) for the two posts available in the DELTA core function of the NIHR Maternity Disparities Consortium, a £50million national programme that aims to improve maternity and neonatal outcomes across the UK and reduce inequalities before, during and after pregnancy.
The Research Fellow(s) will be involved in analysing routinely collected linked national datasets for all mothers and babies in England. The posts will provide an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a career in "big data" research.
The role requires strong skills and expertise in data science, statistics, or epidemiology. The successful candidate will have a postgraduate, ideally doctoral degree in one of these areas. Experience of working on large observational healthcare studies is helpful, but the job also suits someone with experience of analysing clinical trials.
