Research Assistant- iSWITCHED Programme

Full Time - Fixed Term Until 30th June 2027. Agile working (blend of home and office based). Arrangements for job share would be considered. The School of Medicine is committed to delivering high-quality research that improves patient outcomes and informs clinical practice across health and social care settings. The successful candidate will support the scientific and operational delivery of the iSWITCHED programme, which focuses on developing and evaluating an intervention to support the safe and effective switching of antipsychotic medications to improve physical health outcomes for people living with severe mental illness. Working closely with academic researchers, NHS partners, clinicians and external stakeholders, the postholder will coordinate day-to-day study activities including participant recruitment, study documentation, data collection, research governance processes, stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities. You will have experience in applied health or mental health research, including coordinating research activities, supporting participant recruitment, and working within research governance and ethics frameworks.
