Main responsibilities and duties
Curate, quality-assure and document demographic, functional-trait and community datasets; collect and manage field data at the Oxford DRAGNet site; conduct analyses in R and contribute to structured population modelling, including IPM/MPM-based analyses; link demographic data with disturbance and environmental covariates; prepare figures, reports and publication material; and work collaboratively with the ResIntegrate team and partner networks.

You should have experience in ecological research and quantitative data analysis, confidence using R, careful data-management skills, and the ability to follow established field or laboratory protocols. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to organise your own work are essential.
