Dean Close School are looking to appoint a new Reprographics Assistant to support our school and front office team. This is a full-time role, working 30 hours per week, 36 weeks per year, however, we would consider part time applicants for this post.Our Reprographics assistant is responsible for working with our staff in ensuring that all printed and finishing is present correctly and completed on time. Other roles and responsibilities include: To provide an efficient reprographics service for all staff within School. This includes binding, laminating, booklets etc To prioritise workload, work under pressure and ensure all copyright procedures are met To manage the ordering of stationary for the department To be responsible for maintenance of all other equipment with reprographics To attend admin support meetings when needed and INSET days To undertake any training commensurate with the post.The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT and Reprographic technology and has
