Reprographics / Administrative Assistant / First Aid Officer

We are seeking an organised and reliable individual to join our busy secondary school in a varied support role combining reprographics, administration, and first aid duties. Key Duties

• Deliver an efficient reprographics service for staff
• Provide general administrative support across the school, including reception duties
• Act as a First Aid Officer, supporting student and staff wellbeing
About You
• Well-organised with strong communication skills
• Able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure
• Confident with IT and office equipment
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to train)
