Reporting & BI Analyst

· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. · Create operational, commercial and financial reporting. · Use Power BI, SQL, Excel and Power Query to analyse and transform data. · Produce KPI and management information. · Improve data quality and reporting accuracy. · Automate manual reporting processes. · Identify trends, exceptions and performance issues. · Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. · Provide support and training on reporting tools and dashboards.

• Strong experience using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Experience extracting, validating and analysing data from multiple systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including experience producing KPI reporting and management information.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transport or supply chain would be advantageous, along with knowledge of VBA, macros or Microsoft Fabric.

We are currently seeking an experienced Reporting & BI Analyst to join our IT team, based in either Witham, Essex or Stoke-on-Trent. You will play a key role in developing and improving reporting across the business, using data to provide clear, accurate and meaningful insight to operational, commercial and management teams.
