Full Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join our Engineering Project Controls team in London. This position within our team will suit a committed individual who can demonstrate interpersonal skills combined with commercial awareness and the ability to play their part in growing a dynamic high-performance team. With a focus on the design of High-Speed Rail infrastructure the role will also support other markets in the UK and overseas, the post-holder will be part of a growing team delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of UK clients. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the project team, supply chain and others to manage documentation and implement the systems to ensure information is adequately controlled, analysed and shared. Working in collaboration with our management team, designers and contract partners, the Reporting Analyst will be involved in a variety of tasks such as:

  • To analyse, develop, interpret and present a high standard of project information using Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Presenting detailed analysis, reporting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for collating Sub-contractor data for production of supply chain reports and dashboards.
  • Manipulating spreadsheet data in order to undertake analysis.
  • Database management and maintenance.
  • Data integrity review and quality controls
  • Undertaking data integrity and quality reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
  • KPI ownership and turning data into actionable insight.
  • Automating and improving reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Identifying trends, risks, issues and opportunities through reporting and analysis.
  • Ensuring that work is prioritised correctly so that target dates are met.
  • Meeting all deadlines in relation to internal and external report submissions.
  • Presenting detailed analysis and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders in the business., SYSTRA Ltd and its employees subscribe to the six key Industry Safety Rules.
