You should be a recognised and respected repertoire coach
You will be coaching students with a high level of technical and musical proficiency at undergraduate and postgraduate level, so relevant teaching experience is required.
You should have knowledge of a wide range of repertoire
You should understand the demands of the music profession whilst striving to help each student reach their own potential.
