Full Job Description
Repairs & Voids Team Leader to support the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service. You'll lead a team of Multi-Skilled Tradespeople, Craftspersons, Groundworkers and Apprentices, ensuring repairs and void works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of operatives.
- Carry out quality inspections and provide technical support.
- Monitor performance, productivity and KPIs.
- Conduct regular supervision and 1:1s.
- Support recruitment, training and development.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
Multi-skilled trade qualification or significant industry experience Strong repairs and maintenance knowledge Experience supervising or leading operational teams Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Full UK Driving Licence, If you're a motivated leader with a background in repairs, maintenance or housing services and are ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
