Full Job Description
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
- Ensure all repair works are completed on time and to the highest standards
- ️ Carry out site visits and oversee office-based planning and reporting
- Monitor team performance, compliance, and health & safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
SSSTS certification (minimum requirement) - ️ Proven experience in social housing repairs
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work across both site and office environments
- Local to Crawley with a full UK driving licence Desirable Skills
- ️ Previous experience managing repairs within a social housing setting
- Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
