Repairs Quality Inspector

For empty homes, you'll carry out pre and post inspections, identifying repairs, measuring materials and signing off on completion of works. For repairs, you'll carry out pre and post work inspections to check quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Producing clear inspection reports that highlight quality issues and recommend corrective actions and learnings which stem from customer dissatisfaction.
Supporting continuous improvement through feedback, identifying recurring quality issues and risks, and supporting project improvements.
Maintaining compliance and health and safety standards. You'll be responsible for inspecting scaffolding before job starts, and following any inclement weather, escalating risks and safety concerns, and promoting safe working practices for all inspections.

Great communication skills, with the ability to support customers and address repair issues.
Comfortable using digital devices as you'll use a handheld device to record completion of inspections.
Experience in a housing, property or construction technical or inspection role.
Ideally, you'll have also practical knowledge of pre- and post-work inspection, scaffolding checks, and safe working standards within Housing repairs and maintenance.
The ability to effectively resolve issues for customers and someone who is comfortable bringing forward ideas to continuously improve the service.

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for 4 x Quality Assurance Inspectors. You'll ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across repairs and empty homes.
This is a roam role, so you'll work at least one day a week from our office in Middlesbrough, as well as out on site across our operating area. We'll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
