Repairs manager (Voids)

Maintenance and Contracts, invites you to join our team as a Repairs Manager jointly responsible for managing the Voids Service leading multi-disciplined teams covering a wide array of activities. Duties will include efficiently and effectively managing resources, to meet exacting deadlines as well as providing support to the Principal Contracts Manager and Senior Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will develop our teams to their full potential using performance frameworks, training and development programmes. Main Duties; To manage the Voids Service (part of the Housing Repairs Service) within the Service Areas strategy and objectives, effectively and efficiently, reporting directly to the Principal Maintenance Manager.
