Full Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Repairs Logistics Officer to join our busy Housing Repairs Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, safely and effectively for our residents. Working at the heart of the repair's operation, you'll coordinate resources, appointments, materials and workforce deployment to help keep our services running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and have excellent organisational skills, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent services for tenants whilst strengthening processes, improving performance and embedding best practice across all aspects of property services. As one of our Repairs Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics of the responsive repairs service. You'll liaise with operatives, contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure repairs are completed right first time and within agreed timescales.

  • Experience of working in a scheduling, planning, logistics or operational support environment.
  • Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
