Full Job Description

This position will be linked to our Stock Condition Survey project and aligns well with the job description. The Coordinator role supports the successful delivery of project objectives through effective administration, organisation, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, arranging appointments, quality checking survey data, maintaining records, monitoring project progress, and preparing updates. Working closely with colleagues and tenants, the role helps streamline processes, improve communication, and ensure milestones are achieved through strong organisational skills and attention to detail.,

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of the Stock Condition Survey project, ensuring activities are planned and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Arrange and manage survey appointments with tenants, maintaining effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks on survey information and data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain project records, documentation, and databases, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with data protection requirements.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones, identifying issues and
  • escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and project communications for colleagues,
  • managers, and stakeholders.
  • Support meetings by arranging schedules, preparing documentation, and recording actions and outcomes.
  • Work closely with tenants, surveyors, and internal teams to promote effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes and improving coordination across the project team.

    Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, putting tenants first and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, experienced in managing records, appointments, data, and multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, maintaining accurate information and producing clear reports and communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build positive
  • relationships with colleagues, contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Committed to safety, confidentiality and compliance, with an understanding of Health & Safety requirements, Data Protection principles, and the importance of asbestos awareness.
