Rent and Service Charge Accountant

As a rent and Service Charge Accountant at Phoenix Community Housing, you are responsible for the annual rent increase process, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation, policy, and best practice. Your role is to proactively manage the process of setting rent and service charges in collaboration with other teams and colleagues, so requires good interpersonal skills If you have substantial experience in designing and implementing financial controls, particularly in a social housing context, this will be an ideal opportunity and we would love to talk to you about it. Bring us your ability to analyse financial information, make informed financial decisions, and appraise and manage risk. Ideally, you should have rent accounting skills especially in the social housing sector. A relevant qualification is essential to be considered for the role.
