Full Job Description

Looking after Renal post transplant patients, monitoring their bloods, infection markers, medications. Working closely with the Clinic Manager to make sure mandatory training is up to date, and PDRs are done in a timely manner. General running of the clinics in the absence of the Manager. Coordinating staff and patients to make sure the running of the clinics are smooth.,

  • Caring for Renal Post Transplant patients monitoring their bloods medications, infection status.
  • Looking after their wounds if they have any, working closely with the Renal surgeons.
  • General running of the Post transplant clinic.
  • Transferring patient back to the referring units.
  • Dealing with patients phone calls and emails enquiries.
