Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights, with a proactive approach rather than just explaining what happened.


• Lead instrumentation on new features by defining tracking, success metrics, and guardrail metrics before deployment.


• Act as the analytical voice in product and commercial decision-making processes.


• Mentor other analysts, raising the analytical standards across the team in SQL, experimentation, and storytelling with data.


• Own end-to-end analysis for a product area, from scoping to recommendations, with minimal guidance.


• Utilize advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of experimentation, including hypothesis design, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical significance.


• Develop strong data storytelling skills adaptable to different audiences.


• Use Python or R for advanced modeling or automation tasks.

of view on what to do about it. Spot opportunities in the data before anyone asks you to look.
