We specialise in providing high-quality, complex care services to adult and paediatric clients in their homes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery.,
- Oversee day-to-day operations of care services across the Midlands
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor a compassionate team of Healthcare Assistants
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients
- Maintain and improve CQC standards across all care packages
- Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment, Free mental health support for you, your partner, and children (up to 18) - support should be easy to access

Proven experience in a managerial role within care - Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
