Whether you're an established broker looking for a better deal or an adviser ready to take control of your earnings and work life balance, Eight Mortgages offers the tools, support, and freedom to help you succeed., As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser with Eight Mortgages, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own clients while benefiting from our strong brand and full compliance support.. You'll deliver professional, FCA-compliant mortgage and protection advice, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs., + Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients.
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
+ Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to completion.
+ Keep up to date with lender criteria, market developments, and FCA regulations.
+ Ensure all advice and documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
+ Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust, transparency, and service.
+ CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - essential. Equity release desirable, RO5 desirable
+ Current or recent FCA authorisation (directly authorised or appointed representative).

+ Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser
+ Excellent product knowledge and understanding of mortgage market trends.
+ Ability to manage your own time, workload, and client relationships.
