We are looking for a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a primary customer liaison, you will build long-term relationships and act as a customer advocate, guiding them in the adoption of industry best practices and providing value through, Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams Experience designing and executing on effective project governance models for large enterprises Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with senior/executive-level stakeholders Ability to travel 25-50%; Direct experience with eContent Management systems such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, MasterControl, EtQ, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, or NextDocs Experience in the Life Sciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Drug Safety spaces PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification Experience with Agile methodology and/or ACP Certification Change management experience Experience with PMO
