Responsibilities include:

• Picking, quality checking, and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders


• Database handling


• Communicating with other departments via email and telephone


• Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team


• A focused team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in the picking and processing of online customer orders


• Willingness to help out in other areas when necessary


• The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
