Full Job Description
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Work closely with clients and our technical counterpart across the full project lifecycle
- Run discovery workshops
- Gather requirements and design solutions
- Configure and deliver solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deliver training and support user adoption
- Support go-live activities and ongoing client support
- Take clear ownership of delivery, quality, and client outcomes

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Proficiency in AL and C/AL development
- Solid experience with .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, or .NET 6+
- Full-stack development experience, including JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and web APIs
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with system integration and middleware concepts
- Understanding of SQL databases and data structures
- Experience working with source control, including Git, and modern development workflows
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
- Comfortable working across multiple technologies and domains
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
