Remote Calling & Data Collection Operative – Multilingual

Location: Fully Remote
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Contract: 12 weeks Temporary, with potential to become Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Weekend: Some weekend availability required

About the Role
We are looking for multilingual Calling & Data Collection Operatives to carry out structured business verification calls on behalf of our funding clients.

You will contact businesses across the UK and internationally to verify company details, trading activity and product information. This is not a cold-sales role — calls are task-focused and supported by a dialler system, with clear daily targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound verification calls to businesses.
  • Confirm company details, contact information and trading status.
  • Verify products and services offered by businesses.
  • Accurately record information using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Use a dialler to manage calls and outcomes.
  • Meet daily call and completion targets.
  • Report completed work and discrepancies to the operations team.
  • Communicate via WhatsApp for day-to-day support.
About You
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, data collection or data entry.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Comfortable working to targets and following structured processes.
Languages Required
Fluent in:
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • French
  • Italian
Requirements
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work.
  • Access to a laptop, smartphone or suitable smart device.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and disciplined approach to working remotely.
Training provided.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a permanent position after the initial 12-week contract, subject to performance.
