About The Role

SALARY: from 29,854.00 pa dependent on experience (FTE)

LOCATION: One Delaware Drive with frequent travel to Bruntingthorpe

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Part Time Permanent - 32 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure volume, quality and spend on all vehicles at central storage are controlled.
• Deliver successful field auditing of key vehicle pre-sale processes.
• Authorisation of vehicle refurbishment within agreed guidelines and tactical initiatives.
• Ensure the refurbishment spend is used to maximize return on investment.
• Reconcile backup data for completed work against invoices, checking and approving for payment.
• Monitor stock throughput, prioritise pre-sale processes, and maintain stock churn targets.
• Check the condition of stock and escalate issues regarding damage or inappropriate storage or use of vehicles.
• Monitor security measures, ensuring contractual obligations are met and address gaps appropriately.
• Provide factual and accurate reports and summaries for formal supplier review meetings.
• Offer on-site support and guidance during quarterly stock audits, including pre-audit checks at various locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to work across different locations during the week.
• Experience of working under pressure with a flexible approach to work hours.
• Solid experience within the automotive/financial service industry, preferably in Remarketing.
• Detailed understanding of end-to-end de-fleet, pricing, and remarketing processes.
• Knowledge of operational processes at VWFS de-fleet and auction facilities.
• Experience planning a weekly program of work.
