Full Job Description
Mencap is looking for passionate Female Relief Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Worksop. Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Unfortunately, applications from candidates who do not hold a full UK driving licence will not be progressed. About the role As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You'll support a diverse group of individuals, each with their own personalities, strengths, and support needs. From helping with everyday activities to providing emotional support and encouragement, you'll play a vital and rewarding role in supporting people to live fulfilling lives.
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- A positive, empathetic, and person-centred attitude
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
