    • You will work alongside them, listening carefully, understanding their needs, and advocating respectfully on their behalf. What You Will Be Doing Your role will be varied, meaningful, and focused on supporting the gentlemen to live the life they choose. Responsibilities include: Supporting independence Encouraging daily living skills, providing personal care where needed, and helping maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle. Planning activities Using creativity to arrange activities such as gym sessions, shopping trips, meals out, and holidays. Advocating with respect Helping the gentlemen express their wishes and make informed choices about their daily lives. Providing day-to-day support Meal preparation, medication administration, wellbeing support, and ensuring a safe environment.

Please note we are seeking workers with experience due to complex health / lone working for this role and require flexibility to work across support settings.   • Various Daytime hours depending on rota requirements
  • Sleep-in shifts also included.
