This is what your day will look like as our Relief Support Worker

• Provide for all personal care needs, in line with individual care and support plans.
• Ensure peoples' medication needs are met, prompting and/or administrating medication in line with the Medication Policy and care and support plans as required.
• Maintain and respect all peoples' choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals.
• Enable people to maximise their independence., Equivalent of 5.6 weeks' paid holiday per year (including Bank Holidays), calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of hours worked
