Full Job Description

Contract: Relief Officer - 8 hour contract (you will be expected to work more depending on business needs and the cover required)
Shifts: Day shifts, typically Monday-Saturday, with occasional Sunday work
Mitie is recruiting Relief Security Officers to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) contract across Merseyside. This is a great opportunity to join a large, established organisation.
Unlike many relief roles that offer zero-hour contracts, Mitie provides a guaranteed 8-hour weekly contract. As a Relief Officer, you will cover for full time colleagues during holidays, sickness, and last-minute absences, so weekly hours will vary depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities
Patrol sites and control access
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Liaise with emergency services when required
Provide excellent customer service
Complete incident reports and follow security procedures What We're Looking For
Valid SIA DS licence
Previous security experience
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
