About the Role As a Relief Security Officer, you'll provide support across several sites, covering planned and short-notice absences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting patrols, monitoring site activity and responding confidently to incidents and emergencies. This is a varied and rewarding position where flexibility, reliability and strong communication skills are essential. Due to the nature of the role and travel between sites, access to your own vehicle is required. What We're Looking For

• Previous security experience
• Valid SIA Licence
• SC Clearance desirable
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle is essential to cover locations across the area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable and adaptable attitude
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Flexible approach to working days and nights
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
What You'll Be Doing
• Providing a professional and visible security presence across multiple sites
• Conducting routine patrols and security checks
• Monitoring access and responding to incidents or emergencies
• Reporting suspicious activity, hazards and security risks
• Completing accurate incident reports and site records
• Supporting Health & Safety compliance and procedures
• Delivering excellent customer service to staff, visitors and contractors
• Following all Assignment Instructions and site-specific procedures
