You'll play a key role covering holidays, sickness, and short-notice requirements-making you a vital part of the team. What We're Looking For Essential:

• Valid SIA Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends
• A professional, calm, and confident approach
• Previous security experience
You'll also need a strong commitment to ongoing training, development, and licence renewals. The Role As an Elite Relief Officer, you'll protect people, property, and assets across a range of sites, following each location's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice while maintaining excellent service standards and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
• Delivering security services in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
• Maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence
• Identifying and reporting health & safety risks or potential threats
• Completing accurate incident reports, logbooks, and check calls
• Using security systems and technology confidently
• Making sound decisions under pressure
