Relief Pharmacist

As a Relief Pharmacist, you will provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant delivery of pharmacy services. You will play a key role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver excellent patient care and strong commercial performance.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent)
• Be registered with the GPhC (or PSNI) by your start date
• Have management experience (desirable but not essential)
• Be flexible and confident working across different pharmacy locations
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (depending on geographical coverage), Well are proud to be a diverse and inclusive employer. You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
