Full Job Description
We are seeking a Relief Night Care Assistant to join our Care team within a multi-award-winning organisation.
This is a vital role supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives through the delivery of high-quality care during night shifts.
As a bank (relief) position, you will work on a zero-hours basis, providing flexible cover for absence as required.
You will support residents with personal care, medication, and daily living activities, ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
Working on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends where needed, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging environment within our care homes.

You will provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication support, and assistance with daily living activities.
The role also involves offering companionship, supporting wellbeing, and contributing to a positive care environment.
Ideal candidates will have or be willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, demonstrate empathy and integrity, and be flexible to work night shifts, including weekends.
