Full Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and reliable General Maintenance Person to join our team on a relief basis. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our services across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where no two days are the same, offering a variety of tasks, challenges, and opportunities to develop your skills. Key Responsibilities: Carry out painting and decorating, including preparation and repair work Undertake minor plumbing tasks Repair fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment Complete basic glazing repairs Perform carpentry work, including hanging doors and fitting door frames Install plasterboard and carry out plastering work Change locks as required Lay flooring Assist with furniture moves Support fundraising builds and special projects What We're Looking For: A practical, hands-on individual with a broad range of maintenance skills A proactive and flexible approach to work Strong problem-solving abilities A commitment to supporting and improving young lives A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
