We currently have an opportunity for a Relief Chef to join Eothen Homes, cover for all homes, Wallsend, Gosforth and Whitley Bay, working 30 hours per week (3 days), working 10 hour shifts. The successful candidate will be passionate about food with a flexible approach to ensure people enjoy positive mealtime experiences. You will provide a balanced and nutritious diet, through a series of flexible menus, suitable to the needs of residents living in the home. An intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or appropriate catering training and/or a wide experience of good catering practice is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising the Kitchen Assistants.
