Relief Chef Manager

As a Relief Che Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients. You will travel across our batch sites supporting kitchens that benefits an hands on Chef Manager to lead from front.

• Provide cover across multiple locations, managing the full catering operation
• Lead, motivate, and support kitchen teams to deliver excellent service
• Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of meals in line with company standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and budgets to meet operational requirements
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies
  
  Proven experience in a Chef Manager or senior catering role
• Flexibility to travel and adapt quickly to different sites and teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running
• Previous experience within School catering essential
• Awareness about medical Diets in school sector.
