The Relief Chef de Partie plays an important role within Jewish Cares Catering & Hospitality services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and culturally appropriate meals across our care homes and community services on an as and when required basis. Working flexibly across different sites, the postholder will assist the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting meals that meet residents dietary, nutritional, and cultural needs. The role includes overseeing a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, supporting stock control, and contributing to efficient kitchen operations. This position is ideal for an experienced chef who is adaptable, team-focused, and committed to delivering excellent food that enhances wellbeing and daily living., We are seeking a flexible and experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join our Hospitality team. You will support the kitchen team across multiple sites, preparing and serving high-quality meals while ensuring excellent food hygiene, safety, and presentation standards. The role involves working within a designated kitchen section, assisting with menu preparation, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring all dietary, cultural, and nutritional requirements are met. As a relief worker, you will provide cover for absence as required, contributing to smooth kitchen operations and a positive dining experience for residents and service users. The successful candidate will have previous chef experience, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
