Relief Catering Support

As a Relief Catering Support for Sodexo covering North London (Silvertown/Hadley/Enfield/Pinewood), you'll play a key role supporting multiple busy school kitchens with food preparation, cooking and service delivery. This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same, providing additional operational support to kitchen teams across several school sites.You'll work closely with kitchen teams to provide additional operational support where needed, helping deliver high-quality meals and excellent service to pupils and staff alike. maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.Keep kitchen and serving areas clean, organised and hygienic at all times.Support the loading and unloading of deliveries and stock.Follow all food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety regulations.Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.Work collaboratively with different teams and adapt quickly to different environments.Support the wider catering operation to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.Always uphold the reputation and values of Sodexo.What you bring:A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.A hands-on approach with a willingness to support wherever needed.Experience within catering, hospitality, food service or school kitchens.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different sites and teams.Good communication and organisational skills.Reliable, punctual and dependable approach to work.Confidence supporting food preparation, cooking and service.Full UK
