The Relief Care Team Leader will play a key role within Jewish Cares Care Team, providing flexible leadership and support across our residential and nursing care services. Working on a relief basis, the postholder will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to ensure residents safety, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life. The role involves leading and supporting care teams on shift, coordinating daily care activities, allocating staff, responding to residents needs, supporting medication and care delivery, and ensuring standards are maintained in line with organisational and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about leading teams, developing colleagues, and making a positive difference to the lives of older people., We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Relief Care Team Leader to join our Care Team, providing flexible support across our residential and nursing care services. You will take a lead role on shift, supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding person-centred care while ensuring residents receive the highest standards of support. Working closely with care teams, managers, residents, families, and healthcare professionals, you will help coordinate daily activities, provide guidance and support to colleagues, and promote a positive and inclusive environment.
