Relief Care Supervisor

McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Ely, Cambridgeshire, Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
Coordinate and support engaging social activities

Experience in a senior care role
Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude
Team leadership experience is a bonus

Day shifts: £15.75 per hour
Sleeping night shifts: £12.24 per hour
Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
Additional supplemental £10.53 per sleep shift
Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers
