McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Ely, Cambridgeshire, Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will:

  • Support residents' safety, wellbeing, and independence
  • Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
  • Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
  • Coordinate and support engaging social activities
  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff

    Experience in a senior care role
  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude
  • Team leadership experience is a bonus

  • Day shifts: £15.75 per hour
  • Sleeping night shifts: £12.24 per hour
  • Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
  • Additional supplemental £10.53 per sleep shift
  • Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
