Relief Bus Station Cleaner

Carlisle Support Services is looking for reliable and dedicated people to join our Cleaning team. You will be working with one of our prestigious clients in a key role within the team.

Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team

Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner

Willing to work in all weather conditions

Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)

Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.

Reward and Recognition scheme including Superstar and Core of Carlisle Awards, This role will involve covering planned holidays and unplanned sickness across various bus stations including: Bootle bus station, St Helens Bus Station, Birkenhead Bus station and Liverpool one Bus station. working hours and shifts will vary including early morning starts (5am) to late finishes (midnight) - own travel preferred due to shifts starting before public transport.

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

General cleaning duties including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors and public areas

Measuring and scoping the work required during your shift

Litter picking on platforms, car parks and public areas

Cleaning window frames, glazing, signs, seats, and surfaces

Sweeping floors including platforms and entrances

Emptying bins and removing waste
