Full Job Description
You'll be at the forefront of driving preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, supporting plant optimisation and implementing modern digital engineering systems.This is a permanent, full time position where you will be required to work remotely covering our Asphalt Plants in Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon and Newhaven.
The duties of the Reliability and Calibrations Engineer role will include:
+ Carrying out vibration analysis, thermal imaging and condition-based monitoring
+ Producing detailed reliability reports and recommendations
+ Performing onsite calibration of instrumentation including weight, pressure, level and temperature systems
+ Supporting breakdown investigations and fault finding
+ Assisting with the implementation of digital CMMS and reliability systems
+ Supporting engineering compliance and electrical safety standards
+ Mentoring and training colleagues on new systems and engineering best practice
+ Working closely with plant managers, operators and engineering teams to maximise plant uptime and efficiency
What skills and experience do you need?
To be considered for our Reliability and Calibrations Engineer role, you will have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within process plant environments, with knowledge of conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics. You should be confident with safe isolation, LOTOTO procedures, compliance checks and condition monitoring. A Level 3 engineering qualification is essential. A full UK driver's licence is also required.
