Relationship Fundraiser

As a Senior Relationship Fundraiser, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our community fundraising programme. You'll develop and strengthen relationships with supporters, identify and secure new fundraising opportunities and help increase our presence across the communities we serve.

Working with schools, community groups, golf clubs, local businesses and individual supporters, you'll create meaningful partnerships that generate income and raise awareness of Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care.

You'll also lead the delivery of community fundraising activities and smaller hospice-led events while supporting larger supporter-led fundraising initiatives.

What you will do

Develop and secure new community fundraising opportunities to drive income growth.

Build and manage relationships with community groups, schools, golf clubs and local organisations.

Grow and steward a pipeline of supporters, encouraging long-term engagement.

Lead the planning and delivery of community fundraising activities and events.

Support supporters to maximise the success of their fundraising initiatives.

Manage multiple projects and fundraising activities simultaneously.

Work collaboratively with fundraising, marketing, supporter care and database teams.

Champion excellent supporter experiences and stewardship.

Support and develop volunteers involved in fundraising activities.

Identify innovative ideas to grow community engagement and fundraising income.
