Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Shropshire Council's Health Protection Teamas a Regulatory Support Officer Apprentice. This role will give you the opportunity tocomplete a Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship while gainingpractical experience in food hygiene, food standards and wider regulatory work thathelps protect residents, support businesses and promote safe, fair trading acrossShropshire.Working under the direction and supervision of a close team experienced officers, youwill support regulatory projects, inspections, investigations, sampling, complaints, dataanalysis and customer enquiries. You will help maintain accurate records, supportinnovative compliance activity in food premises and contribute to work that improvespublic health, business compliance and community wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, well organised, customerfocused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, businesses, partneragencies and members of the public. You will need to be committed to completing the
