Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy for regulatory data management and compliance, aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, operations, technology, and business teams to understand regulatory changes, translate requirements into actionable product features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion process simplification and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual risk in regulatory workflows.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing regulatory deadlines, business value, and user experience.
  • Oversee data architecture and ensure data quality, security, and effective management for regulatory processes.
  • Prepare and deliver clear updates, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and driving adoption of new workflows.

  • Familiarity working with regulatory or compliance-driven products.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments with cross-regional coordination across HR, operations and technology.
